Step #3:
You can now move the entire print head, which is where the ink cartridges are located, softly from the left side to the right one, always reaching the ends of the barrel. Repeat this three times in a row and keep an eye out for any paper resides or foreign objects in your printer that may be blocking the carriage.
Step #4:
Finally, check the sponges the ink cartridges rest on, just in case there’s something on them. If there is, please remove the object and leave them clean, if you take them out of the printer to clean them, please put them back in before turning the printer on.
